As is our tradition, we will be serving up hot dogs and treats to all those ghouls and goblins in the parking lot from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Red Lion’s Trick-or-Treat night, which this year is actually on Thursday, October 31. Come stop in before you head out for all those treats. Hopefully the weather will co-operate, as we’ve had some “scares” from Mother Nature the last two years.
This year we plan to provide our usual hot dogs, hot chocolate, hot cider and goodie bags for all attendees which often number over 350! It is not unusual for families to wait in our parking lot for 6:00 p.m. to arrive so that they can eat their supper… for free! In addition, the youth group will be having fun and games on the lawn.
Volunteers are always welcome beginning at 5:00 p.m. with set-up. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to experience the joy of giving, celebrating thankfulness, and of having a really good time! Please mark your calendar and come to help Grace Lutheran continue its tradition of “the place to be on Halloween night!”
